For 2021, Art Taipei, STUDIO-ID Art Gallery is pleased to present works of 9 artists, titled Beyond Borders, from around the globe. The collection at the exhibition is an attempt to represent geographically diverse artworks in Taiwan. We have blended disparate cultural symbols, distilled into visual elements and layering intertextuality, and translated fragmented metaphors to build a new space-time under cultural fusion, pointing to the true reproduction of culture unbounded within the contemporary context.
